We place the customer at the centre of everything we do – focusing on understanding the complexities of The Consumer Journey and ensuring all digital touchpoints deliver a premium shopping experience where consumers understand and appreciate the craftsmanship, innovation and premium leather which is emblematic of every ECCO shoe.
Our customer centric mindset, extends to supporting our regional markets to unlock their potential through the successful usage and continuous improvement of the platforms and process.
We are innovators, creatives, techies, idea generators, problem solvers, business & operational specialists. We manage complex technical systems for eCommerce, CRM, PIM and Digital Asset Management and we create engaging brand content to inform and engage consumers during their journey from social channels to emails or mobile commerce.
We are the ambassadors for Digital transformation within ECCO, we enjoy translating 4-wall retail into digital, identifying new industry or consumer trends and sharing how digital can help to meet business needs or solve challenges. We are comfortable with change and the opportunity it affords us to think and act.
Our Global Digital team is headquartered in Amsterdam, The Netherlands and is supported by two strong teams in Toender, Denmark and in New Hampshire, USA.
