Sales Advisor, ECCO Milan

The Sales Advisor maximizes sales within the store, provides an excellent standard of customer service and positively promotes the ECCO Brand. This should be achieved by:

 

Being an ECCO Brand Ambassador and following the Code of Conduct.

Developing, maintaining and using a high level of product knowledge.

Maintaining high standards - store operations, visual merchandising, personal presentation and timekeeping. Supporting the Store Manager in all store promotions, activities and targets.

Being a supportive, professional and responsible team player!

The successful Sales Advisor will

  • Have strong selling skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly and genuinely.
  • Be driven to deliver exceptional service levels through a natural & friendly style.
  • Have a passion for Retail – bringing high levels of energy and commitment to the business.
  • Actively take responsibility in role.
  • Have a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude.
  • Be a positive, open-minded, supportive and flexible team player.
  • Have high integrity, loyalty and transparency.
  • Be a good communicator.
  • General Responsibilities
  • The key objectives of the Sales Advisor are:

Brand

  • To positively promote and grow the ECCO brand and values whilst remaining loyal to our core customers, through being an exceptional ECCO Ambassador and always following Company guidelines
  • Financial & Product Management
  • To maximize store profitability and influence sales

Operations and Compliance

  • Excellent sales, standards and service can only be achieved if your shopfloor and back of house is in order.Through excellent time-management and a full working knowledge of Company policies & procedures all operational standards in your store should be maintained

     

    Job Experience & Requirements

    Education

    Have experience working in a serviced minded store.

  • Be passionate about selling; likes to sell and advise customers.
  • Is comfortable using a computer (Microsoft and IT systems)
  • Fashion conscious.
  • Service minded and takes pride in selling quality products.
  • Possesses the energy to create a lively retail environment.
  • Possesses a profound wish to be a part of a small successful team.
  • Takes pride in selling as well as creating ECCO enthusiasts through a professional consulting and service approach.
  • Hardworking, honest, open minded and responsible.

 

Language

  • Local language mother tongue (Italian)
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Other languages skills would be a plus.
