TH System and Automation Analyst


Key Responsibilities:

Job summary

In this Systems & Automation Analyst role, you will play a key part in improving operational efficiency by designing and implementing automation solutions to replace manual work, reduce processing time, and eliminate human error. You will evaluate and recommend appropriate tools and technologies for a variety of automation use cases, as well as identify redundancies and bottlenecks in processes to find opportunities for consolidation and improvement. You will also define system integration requirements and oversee API configuration and data exchange protocols to ensure smooth data flow across the entire system. You will be responsible for establishing a system governance framework, version control, and access control to ensure alignment with internal policies and security standards, while investigating system errors and performance issues to analyze root causes and propose sustainable solutions. This position report directly to an expatriate manager.

Duties and responsibilities
  • Design and deploy automation solutions to replace manual tasks, reduce cycle times, and eliminate human error.
  • Evaluate and recommend efficient tools and technologies for various automation use cases.
  • Identify process redundancies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for consolidation and improvement.
  • Define integration requirements, oversee configuration of APIs, middleware layers, and data exchange protocols, ensuring seamless data flow across the system ecosystem.
  • Establish system governance frameworks, versioning protocols, and access management, ensuring compliance with internal policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Investigate system bugs, integration failures, and performance degradation, delivering root cause analyses and implementing permanent fixes or workarounds.
  • Partner with stakeholders and Operations teams to assess the operational impact of system changes and translate technical constraints into clear business implications.
  • Maintain thorough, up-to-date technical documentation and proactively identify areas for system optimization.
  • Champion the adoption of emerging automation technologies.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or a related IT field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and training.
  • Excellent in English both spoken and written skill
