Help shape DtC planning in Europe
Based either in Bredebro, Denmark or Warsaw, Poland, you will join the Europe S&OP team – a tight-knit group of 5 colleagues who manage Sales & Operations Planning across the European region. The team operates with a collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset, supporting each other across areas of expertise to ensure smooth planning processes.

In your role as Specialist, DtC Planning, you will be responsible for managing and optimising Direct-to-Consumer planning and operations across ECCO’s European markets. Your focus will span across seasonal planning, order creation, order management, as well as delivery visibility – making sure products are tracked throughout the supply chain, ensuring they arrive in the markets as needed.

More specifically, you will:

• Support the forecasting process and coordinate store master data inputs
• Manage cross-dock and replenishment order flows
• Plan for timely deliveries and product availability 
• Secure visibility of product flow and delivery timelines
• Liaise with internal stakeholders for critical inputs in the planning process

Planning and order management professional with a hands-on approach
As someone who enjoys working with high attention to details and creating structure, you will play a vital role in supporting success of ECCO’s DtC channel. Your technical skills and coordination capabilities will be key in this role. Some tasks will be repetitive in nature, which should of course appeal to you as you develop within the role to become a seasoned expert.

Furthermore, we imagine that you:

• Bring professional experience within planning or DtC operations
• Know how to translate data into planning actions and process improvement
• Are proficient in Excel and have experience working in ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Thrive in cross-functional collaboration
