As our new Social Engagement Specialist, you play a key role in how ECCO shows up across social platforms. You help turn strategy into daily execution by managing publishing, sparking conversations, spotting cultural moments and supporting our Influencer, Talent and Partnerships Lead. This is a role for someone who enjoys switching between creative engagement, structured planning and hands‑on practical support when the team needs an extra pair of helpful hands.
Drive daily social engagement and support our global activations
You will join our Global Marketing organisation, working closely with the Senior Manager Social & Culture, our Social Strategy & Activation Lead, Social Copywriter, Social Designer, Customer Care, PR, Brand teams and regional markets. Together, you help create a consistent, engaging and culturally aware social presence that reflects ECCO’s heritage of craftsmanship, innovation and movement.
In this role, you ensure timely publishing, active community management and insightful reporting. You also bring positive energy to day‑to‑day collaboration and are always ready to support colleagues with practical tasks, whether that means preparing boxes for influencers or helping coordinate courier shipments.
Your work includes:
- Executing daily publishing across our global social channels, ensuring relevance and accuracy.
- Tracking performance metrics and contributing to regular reporting and insights -Management of ShopInsta and general tagged media content.
- Managing community engagement with clarity, warmth and brand consistency.
- Partner with Customer Care and Corporate Relations teams to ensure escalations and service-related queries are identified and handled appropriately.
- Supporting our Influencer, Talent and Partnerships Lead with influencer activity, including preparing packages, handling practical logistics and assisting with communication planning across platforms such as YouTube and Instagram.
You combine digital understanding with a proactive, collaborative and hands‑on mindset
Furthermore, we imagine you bring:
- Experience in social media, community management or digital marketing, ideally within fashion, lifestyle or consumer brands.
- Strong understanding of social media tools and measurement, as well as platform dynamics, trends and content formats.
- A keen interest in fashion, culture and market trends, with the ability to spot what resonates.
- Comfortable in both fast‑paced and quieter periods, staying organised and solution‑oriented.
- A positive, outgoing approach and willingness to support colleagues with both strategic and practical tasks.
