Assist colleagues working in administration and procurement globally
You will be one of three colleagues that make up the Shared Operational Support Team. Located in Bredebro, you will be a part of our Procurement Department consisting of 3 purchasers , 3 Shared Operational Support team members and more than 100 procurement specialists globally.
Here, you will assist colleagues with various levels of procurement experience. Our procurement system – Coupa – is new to users in ECCO, and you will start out getting an extensive introduction. In short, you will:
- Become a super user in our Procurement tool Coupa.
- Answer support requests from colleagues through the Coupa system, email and phone calls and guide them in Coupa’s functionalities
- Conduct back-office tasks like placing orders, making goods receipts, as well as creating and maintaining vendor data
- Guide colleagues to procurement category leads or strategic purchasers who are responsible for categories/areas in question for a specific purchase or frame agreement
- Conduct simple troubleshooting if orders do not go through and pass complicated cases on to our second-level support
With time, we expect that basic questions related to the new procurement tool Coupa will subside and change into more purchase-specific questions as well as system maintenance and data-oriented tasks.
You take pride in a smooth procurement process
Once you are introduced to and are comfortable with Coupa, you know how to instruct others – and you know that this is just as much about open-minded listening as providing clear explanations.
Even though you enjoy working with routine tasks, you are able to come up with different solutions once you are faced with issues that are out of the norm.
We furthermore imagine that you:
- Might have an administrative background and perhaps experience from sales support-, procurement-, logistics-, or finance departments – but we are very open to your background
- Have experience working with IT systems – experience with SAP and/or Coupa is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Speak and write English fluently – Danish is not a prerequisite
