Senior P&C Business Partner

At ECCO’s HQ in Bredebro, we’re looking for a Senior People & Culture Business Partner to work closely with our global Group functions and turn everyday people decisions into long-term business impact.

Work at the intersection of people, leadership and day-to-day operations
You’ll join our People & Culture Business Partnering team based at ECCO’s HQ in Bredebro – close to the business, close to decisions and close to each other. We’re a small team with different backgrounds and strengths, but we share the same ambition: to create real impact through people.

As our new Senior People & Culture Business Partner, you’ll work side by side with senior leaders – not as a compliance gatekeeper, but as a sounding board, coach and trusted advisor.

Your role is both operational and strategic. You’ll therefore get a varied and influential role, where you:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders in ECCO’s global Group functions to connect people initiatives with business goals and prioritie
  • Shape and implement talent development and succession planning initiatives that secure future leadership and critical capabilities
  • Advise on organisational design, team structures and leadership development – and support team dynamics through practical, hands-on sparring
  • Lead and facilitate change processes by combining HR expertise, clear communication and stakeholder alignment
  • Design and refine performance management processes that drive accountability, learning and strong business results

In 1–2 years, your contribution will be clear: stronger leadership, a more agile organisation and people initiatives that truly move the business forward.

You bring HR expertise and a strong sense of partnership
You know how to turn people insights into practical action – and you’re confident advising and supporting leaders at all levels. Moreover, we imagine that you:

  • Bring 7+ years of experience as an HR or P&C Business Partner, ideally in an international setting
  • Are used to working with leadership teams or group functions on both strategy and day-to-day matters
  • Have solid skills in organisational development, change and leadership support
  • Are a strong communicator who builds trust across levels and cultures
  • Bring a Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or similar
