Join a collaborative team with a global outlook
You’ll be part of the Technology Strategy Enablement department within Digital & IT, working alongside a close-knit team of four dedicated colleagues. The atmosphere is professional yet warm, with a strong focus on collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivering value to the business. We work closely with stakeholders across ECCO from Sales and Logistics to People & Culture and Global Procurement, so you’ll be engaging with a wide range of perspectives and priorities.
Make an impact through strategic contract management
This position is based in our office in Carlsbergbyen, where you’ll lead contract negotiations and manage the full lifecycle of IT contracts, ensuring ECCO gets the best possible value from its vendor relationships. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective agreements, focusing on optimising total cost of ownership, quality, delivery performance, innovation, and sustainability.
You’ll also play a key role in executing our IT Category Strategy, supporting ECCO’s overall Foot Forward strategy. Your work will include sourcing, vendor management, market intelligence, and risk mitigation, always with an eye on continuous optimisation and long-term value.
Success in this role means:

· Proactively managing contract timelines and obligations.
· Promoting sustainable and ethical sourcing practices.

Here are the key qualifications we’re looking for:
· A master’s degree in business, economics, IT, or supply chain management.
· 5+ years of experience in IT procurement or contract management.
· Strong knowledge of IT products and services, including SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, and licensing models.
· Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with a global mindset.
· Commercial acumen and a results-focused, problem-solving approach.
