Key Responsibilities:
• Data Quality Management: Analyze and assess the quality of data across various business systems, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and completeness.
• Data Validation: Perform routine data audits and integrity checks to identify and resolve discrepancies and errors.
• Quality Metrics: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for data quality, track and report on data quality trends and issues.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to design and implement solutions for improving data quality.
• Root Cause Analysis: Investigate data quality issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions to improve data collection and processing.
• Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance data quality practices, reduce errors, and streamline data collection methods.
• Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain clear documentation of data quality standards, procedures, and findings. Prepare regular reports on data quality metrics and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics) or equivalent practical experience.
• 1+ years of experience in data analysis, data quality management, or related roles.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data visualization,...) and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle large datasets effectively.
• Understanding of data quality dimensions, including accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness, and reliability.
• Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Upper Intermediate English language skills (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders, produce reports, and interpret technical documentation.
