What we are looking for

Our Business Analytics team is looking for a motivated and analytical individual to join us in driving growth through a data-driven and process-based mindset. In this role, you will apply your analytical skills and data storytelling abilities to support decision-making across the organization. You will contribute to ongoing business processes and ad-hoc projects in collaboration with various functional areas across the GSPS Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze manufacturing and business process data, identifying trends and translating findings into clear insights.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate results to diverse stakeholders across ECCO’s global footprint.
• Support the team in ad-hoc projects, including data analysis, process optimization, and project management tasks.
• Assist in overseeing and integrating external data providers into reporting workflows.
• Contribute to building business cases in a cross-functional environment.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings a mix of curiosity, analytical thinking, and willingness to learn. We are looking for someone who can say “yes” to most of the following:

• Bachelor’s/master’s program (Business Administration, Economics, Finance, IT, or related).
• Min. 4 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
• Basic knowledge of process management and/or project management methodologies is a plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to challenge the status quo.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal (mandatory). Additional languages are an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP (mandatory).
• Prior experience with data visualization software (Power BI) and SQL (Snowflake) is an advantage; knowledge of Python is a plus.
• Open to taking ownership of tasks and contributing to projects in a collaborative team environment.
