- Work closely with producers to support administrative tasks such as contracts and POs, while keeping production calendars, timelines and updates structured and accessible.
- Ensuring samples are available, ready and accounted for ahead of every shoot.
As you grow in the role, you will help maintain accurate inventory, strengthen documentation routines and contribute to smooth collaboration across production, creative and external partners.
You enjoy keeping track of many moving parts and take pride in following tasks through
In addition to that, we imagine that you have:
- Experience from production coordination, operations or a related role, ideally 1 to 3 years, but other relevant experience is welcome.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work with multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with inventory or production tracking tools is an advantage.
