Product Manager – drive category transformation globally

Drive the value transformation of a global product category.
At our HQ in Tønder, you will join our Category Management team – a dynamic group of 20 professionals. Your role will be based in the Kids & POC category, where you will focus on the Value Line. The team is undergoing exciting strategic changes, balancing long-term transformation with seasonal product development and go-to-market execution.

As Product Manager, you will drive the strategic development and performance within the Kids & POC category. You will manage the entire product lifecycle – from concept to collection – ensuring every product meets ECCO’s vision, market demand, and commercial goals.

You will for example:

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the category, including market and performance analysis
• Create product line plans, oversee portfolio optimisation and define pricing architecture
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Regions, Design and R&D to align product development with strategic goals
• Act as a key liaison in the seasonal collection development process
• Ensure timely data updates, product briefs and support go-to-market and sell-in activities

Thoughtful, well-organised and commercially aware, you feel confident navigating change and enjoy working closely with colleagues across cultures and functions to achieve shared goals.

We imagine that you:

• Have solid experience in product or category management, preferably in footwear or fashion
• Are comfortable with analytical thinking and strategic planning
• Thrive in an evolving environment with cross-functional collaboration
• Are confident using Microsoft Office and ideally familiar with PLM and data visualisation tools
