Role purpose:
As a Transformation Lead, you will play a key role in driving business and digital transformation initiatives across Global Business Services. You will lead and coordinate complex projects, transitions, and change activities, working closely with Global Process Owners, functional leaders, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of strategic transformation objectives. The role combines project delivery, transition management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on digital transformation.
The Transformation Lead reports to the GPO Manager and operates within the governance framework established by GBS leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate medium to large-scale business and digital transformation initiatives from assessment through implementation, ensuring delivery against agreed business objectives.
- Facilitate project planning, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and monitor delivery progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and key milestones throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive execution of agreed transformation activities and support implementation of digital transformation initiatives across GBS.
- Develop and coordinate transition plans supporting migration of services, processes, and operating models, ensuring readiness and smooth execution throughout the transition lifecycle.
- Support change management activities, identify transition risks, escalate issues requiring management decisions, and ensure stakeholder alignment during periods of change.
- Coordinate business activities related to SAP S/4HANA deployments and other digital transformation programs, ensuring alignment between business requirements and project objectives.
- Facilitate workshops, process reviews, and stakeholder discussions to support process harmonization and successful implementation of digital solutions.
- Build strong relationships across GBS and business functions, fostering collaboration, supporting communication across workstreams, and ensuring transparency of project status.
- Prepare analyses, recommendations, and decision-making materials for leadership and governance forums.
- Facilitate governance discussions, document decisions, assumptions, and action plans, and ensure agreed actions are implemented consistently.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, continuous improvement, and digital enablement, promoting best practices across the GBS organization.
- Take accountability for stakeholder alignment, quality and timeliness of deliverables, and proactive identification, management, and escalation of delivery risks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- 5-10+ years of experience in project management, process management, transformation, or continuous improvement roles, preferably within multinational organizations.
- Proven experience in system implementations, transitions, and change management initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA and related business processes.
- Experience working in complex, cross-functional, global environments and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence without formal authority.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Fluent spoken and written English
