Role purpose:

 

We are looking for an experienced SAP professional with expertise in warehouse management (WM) integration, particularly with SAP S/4HANA and DWMS (Decentralized Warehouse Management System). The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless integration between SAP systems and third-party logistics (3PL) providers, contributing to the success of full-cycle implementation projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a comprehensive survey of the company's business processes related to warehouse management and 3PL integration.
  • Collaborate with ECCO architects to develop a blueprint for WM integration, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.
  • Coordinate the work of consultants, setting task priorities, providing guidance, and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
  • Develop detailed functional design documents (FDD) and collaborate with ABAP developers to implement necessary enhancements.
  • Configure SAP S/4HANA and DWMS for seamless integration, including setting up interfaces with IDOCs, SOAP, etc.
  • Participate in the development and configuration of the solution alongside ECCO architects and consultants, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Define end-to-end testing scenarios and actively participate in the testing phase to validate the integrity and functionality of the integration solution.
  • Provide assistance to adjacent functional teams, offering expertise and support as needed.
  • Support the GO-live process and provide post-launch support to ensure a smooth transition and optimal system performance.

 

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in SAP environment with a focus on 3PL integration and warehouse management.
  • Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA and DWMS is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of completing full-cycle projects/sub-projects oriented on 3PL integration, with at least 4 completed projects.
  • Confident understanding of the implementation of the procurement and sales process in SAP.
  • Solid understanding of WM processes
  • Ability to perform customization and development in SAP, including integration with IDOCs/SOAP and DWMS
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve complex issues within the integration landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in providing user training and support is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of SAP EWM integration and SAP CPI is recommended.
  • Quality and deadline oriented.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English at a proficient level
