Role purpose:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Production Planning (PP-DS) Expert to join our team. In this role, you will lead and contribute to SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, focusing on production planning and detailed scheduling within manufacturing environments.

Join us in this central position within Global IT, where you will collaborate with colleagues across the globe to empower our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the survey of the company's business processes to understand requirements, collaborating with ECCO architects.
• Drive the development of blueprints for production planning processes, specifically PP/DS.
• Coordinate the work of consultants, setting task priorities and ensuring quality assurance of Functional Design Documents (FDD).
• Develop WRICEF (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements).
• Participate in the development and configuration of solutions alongside ECCO architects and consultants.
• Develop end-to-end testing scenarios and actively participate in E2E testing phases.
• Provide assistance to adjacent functional teams and support the go-live process.
• Deliver post-launch support to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• 7+ years SAP experience, specializing in production planning processes, with practical experience in SAP AFS, FMS, or S/4HANA Fashion.
• Led 2+ PP/DS projects as Team Architect/Expert, with 3+ full-cycle PP/DS project implementations in manufacturing operations
• Recommended experience with SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO) and MES/shop floor control system integration
• Expertise in SAP's Fiori user experience platform and custom report development using SAP HANA.
• Expertise in customizing S/4HANA for manufacturing, including master data configuration and cross-functional integration with SAP modules
• Deep knowledge of demand management integration with PP/DS and understanding of its role within the broader supply chain.
• Analytical skills, project participation experience, user training, and support abilities.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members, business owners, and end-users.
• Quality and deadline oriented.
• Ability to read, write and speak English at a proficient level.
