Since 2022, ECCO has been consolidating the majority of its transactional finance and accounting processes within its GBS structure. Today, Warsaw serves as a key hub delivering finance services in a global setup, bringing together experienced accountants and finance specialists who support ECCO entities around the world.

Responsibilities

• Process employee expense reports (cash, cards, travel, etc.) in line with company policies and timelines
• Upload, review, and support processing of bank statements
• Check transactions for errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies in T&E Tools: SRXP/Concur/ SAP
• Assign unallocated expenses and credit card transactions
• Support basic GL reconciliation, clearing, and SAP processing
• Assist with vendor creation and bank data verification (including IBAN callbacks)
• Send reminders to employees regarding outstanding tasks
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
• Update and maintain process documentation (SOPs)
• Collaboration with stakeholders across different counties and business units
• Provide basic user support and resolve routine queries
• Assist in process improvements and internal projects
• Contribute to building and maintaining backup coverage within the Team

Requirements:

• Initial experience or strong interest in Finance / Accounts Payable / T&E processes
• Basic knowledge of SAP or SAP Concur is an advantage (not mandatory)
• Good MS Excel skills (basic functions, data handling)
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken); additional European languages will be an asset
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn analytical tasks
• Team‑oriented mindset with openness to learning and collaboration
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks
