Role purpose:

We are looking for  ITFM Specialist, who will be responsible for the development of- and execution of operational/project tasks within the IT Financial Management (ITFM) domain. Your key focus will be optimizing ITFM processes, ensuring cost transparency, and driving financial efficiency. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will implement strategies such as Cost Management and Control, Showback and Chargeback, while aligning financial plans with business objectives to maximize IT investments.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting LoB and Global IT within the ITFM domain.
• Maintain an overview of, prioritize, and execute operational and project tasks related to the ITFM domain.
• Develop and evolve the ITFM function in alignment with the business and IT strategy.
• Create, maintain, and execute governance and processes supporting the ITFM domain.
• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Develop methodologies for clear visibility into IT costs and drive cost reduction initiatives.
• Analyze technology spend and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Enhance forecasting and budgeting processes to align with strategic business goals.
• Design and implement Showback and Chargeback models to promote financial transparency.
• Educate business unit leaders on the financial impacts of technology usage.
• Develop financial models for cost center-based and Agile project management.
• Accurately calculate and report the cost of delivering IT services and track value realization from IT investments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the ITFM domain.
• Solid understanding of IT and financial processes.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with the TBM (Technology Business Management) framework is beneficial.
• Quality and deadline oriented.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
