As Strategic Assistant to the Regional Director of ECCO Europe, you will play an important role in helping shape the future of our business from ECCO Europe's new office in Tønder, Denmark.

Become the Regional Director's trusted business partner
Reporting directly to the Regional Director, Europe, you will act as an extension of the Regional Director's office, helping drive strategic priorities, coordinate key initiatives, and ensure effective execution across the region.
Working closely with senior leaders, market management teams and functional experts, you will help maintain momentum on critical business initiatives while supporting decision-making through strong planning, communication and analysis.
Based in ECCO Europe's newly established office in Tønder, Denmark, you will gain broad exposure to all aspects of the business, from commercial performance and strategic planning to organisational transformation and leadership engagement.
Help shape the future of ECCO Europe
This is far more than a traditional support role. You will be supporting leaders turn priorities into action and ensuring key initiatives move from discussion to execution.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving follow-up and execution on strategic priorities across ECCO Europe
- Coordinating leadership activities, meetings and business reviews
- Preparing executive presentations, briefing materials and communications
- Leading selected projects on behalf of the Regional Director
- Monitoring progress, identifying risks and driving accountability across initiatives
- Building strong relationships across markets and functions
- Supporting business planning, budgeting and review processes
- Representing the Regional Director in selected meetings and business forums

To succeed in this role, you combine strong business understanding with excellent organisational and communication skills. You enjoy navigating complex stakeholder environments, quickly understanding new topics, and driving initiatives forward. Your working style is hands-on, result-oriented and collaborative.
Ideally, you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience from strategy, consulting, project management, business operations, executive support or a similar role
- Experience working closely with senior leaders in an international organization
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data analysis and financial reporting
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to travel across Europe
