At ECCO, we are looking for an E-Commerce Systems & Operations Specialist who will help ensure that products are activated, discoverable and technically enabled across our e-commerce ecosystem. This role serves as a critical link between business needs, technology platforms and customer experience.
Based in Tønder, you will work at the intersection of systems, data, content and merchandising, helping create the digital foundations that support growth across North & West Europe.
Own the technology behind the customer experience
As E-Commerce Systems & Operations Specialist, you will take ownership of product activation, search operations and technical enablement activities across the e-commerce platform landscape.
You will collaborate with teams across PIM, IT, Content, Merchandising and Digital Experience to ensure data quality, searchability and operational performance. Your work will directly influence whether customers can quickly and easily find the products they are looking for.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape how technology supports commerce in a growing European digital organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end product activation processes
- Own and optimise Algolia search operations
- Ensure product discoverability and data quality
- Support technical releases, migrations and platform enhancements
- Collaborate closely with Content, IT and Merchandising teams
- Support testing and optimisation initiatives
- Resolve operational and technical issues affecting customer experience
- Continuously improving search and activation processes
- ·Contribute to future platform and capability development
Who We Are Looking For
You combine commercial curiosity with technical understanding and enjoy solving complex challenges.
You may come from e-commerce systems, digital operations, product data management or a related area. You are analytical, structured and motivated by creating scalable solutions that improve performance and customer experience.
