As digital commerce continues to play an increasingly important role in our growth journey, we are looking for an E-Commerce Online Merchandiser Specialist who can help ensure that customers discover the right products, at the right time, through engaging and intuitive online experiences.
Based at ECCO Europe's new office in Tønder, you will join a growing E-Commerce Operations team supporting our North & West European markets. Working at the intersection of customer experience, commercial priorities and digital execution, you will play an important role in transforming campaign plans and product strategies into inspiring online journeys that help customers find exactly what they are looking for.

Shape the online product experience across Europe
As E-Commerce Online Merchandiser Specialist, you will own the day-to-day execution of online merchandising activities across North & West Europe.
You will act as the commercial guardian of product visibility across the site, ensuring that campaigns, categories and collections are presented in a way that makes it easy for customers to discover relevant products throughout their buying journey.
Success in this role requires a combination of commercial curiosity, customer understanding and operational excellence. You will stay ahead of upcoming campaigns, identify opportunities for improvement and proactively solve issues before they impact the customer experience.
You will work closely with specialists across Campaign Management, Content Operations, Systems & Operations, CRM, Paid Media and Digital Marketing to ensure a consistent and commercially effective presence across all customer touchpoints.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Own navigation and homepage merchandising from a product perspective across North & West Europe
- Ensure products are visible, relevant and accurately represented throughout the customer journey
- Prepare merchandising scenarios for major campaigns, launches and commercial events
- Monitor category and product listing pages to improve discoverability and conversion
- Identify product, assortment or asset gaps and recommend alternative solutions
- Support successful campaign launches by ensuring product readiness across the site
- Collaborate closely with Campaign, Content and Systems specialists to deliver seamless execution
- Share merchandising insights with CRM and Paid Media teams to support aligned customer communications
- Continuously improve online customer experience through optimisation and testing initiatives
- Contribute to a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement across the E-Commerce Operations team
Who We Are Looking For
You might currently be working within e-commerce operations, online merchandising, site management or digital trading and are looking for an opportunity where you can have broader influence and visibility across multiple markets.
You are commercially minded and naturally curious about customer behaviour. You enjoy understanding how product presentation influences purchasing decisions and are motivated by creating great online experiences that combine customer value with strong commercial results.
At the same time, you are structured and detail-oriented, taking pride in ensuring that plans become reality and campaigns launch successfully.
We imagine that you bring:
- Experience within e-commerce operations, online merchandising, site management or similar digital roles
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms and CMS environments
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Commercial awareness and understanding of digital customer journeys
- Strong analytical capabilities and a data-informed approach to decision-making
- Professional communication skills in both Danish and English
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholder groups
- Curiosity towards technology, AI and new ways of improving operational effectiveness
