E-Commerce Campaign Specialist – North & West

ECCO Europe, Tønder, Denmark

Would you like to orchestrate the campaigns that drive ECCO's digital growth?

Behind every successful campaign is a team that transforms ambition into action.

At ECCO, we are looking for an E-Commerce Campaign Specialist who can bring structure, alignment and commercial focus to campaign execution across North & West Europe.

Based in Tønder, you will become a central link between merchandising, content, systems, CRM, paid media and digital marketing teams. Your work will ensure that campaigns are not only launched successfully but continuously improved through insights and learning.

This is an opportunity to influence how commercial priorities are translated into customer-facing experiences across multiple markets while helping shape the future of ECCO's European e-commerce operations.

Lead Campaign Planning Across Multiple European Markets

As E-Commerce Campaign Specialist, you will own the process that turns commercial calendars into executable plans.

You will establish alignment across stakeholders, build campaign briefings, ensure readiness, identify risks early and create transparency around execution. Rather than focusing on individual execution tasks, you will focus on making sure every specialist involved has clarity around objectives, responsibilities and timelines.

Success in this role requires strong coordination capabilities, stakeholder management and a passion for turning complexity into action.

You will work across functions and markets, helping teams stay aligned while ensuring that campaign execution reflects both commercial priorities and customer expectations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Own campaign planning and coordination activities for North & West Europe
  • Translate commercial calendars into clear execution plans
  • Develop campaign briefs, objectives and success criteria
  • Coordinate stakeholders across merchandising, content, systems and marketing functions
  • Monitor campaign readiness and identify delivery risks early
  • Facilitate alignment between e-commerce and marketing teams
  • Ensure campaigns are supported by clear timelines, ownership and dependencies
  • Lead post-campaign reviews and performance evaluations
  • Maintain planning tools, campaign governance processes and ways of working
  • Drive continuous improvement through campaign insights and learnings

Who We Are Looking For

You are organised, commercially minded and passionate about collaboration.

You enjoy bringing different stakeholders together around a shared objective and are comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. You naturally create structure, communicate clearly and maintain momentum throughout complex initiatives.

You are motivated by seeing ambitious plans come to life and take pride in helping teams deliver at their best.

We imagine that you bring:

  • Experience in campaign management, e-commerce or digital marketing
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Commercial awareness and analytical thinking
  • A structured and proactive approach to execution
  • Professional communication skills in both Danish and English
  • Interest in continuous improvement, customer experience and digital growth

Why Join ECCO Europe?

This role offers a unique opportunity to influence commercial execution across several European markets.

You will gain exposure to senior stakeholders, multiple functions and a broad range of commercial initiatives while helping define the future operating model for campaign execution across the region.

At ECCO, you will become part of an international organisation where collaboration, curiosity and accountability are highly valued. Your contribution will be visible, and your work will have a direct impact on how customers experience our campaigns and products online.

As our digital organisation continues to evolve, you will have the opportunity to shape new capabilities, influence ways of working and contribute to the next chapter of ECCO's digital growth journey.
