Maternity cover
Location: Warsaw, Poland
We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist (Newsletter), joining us as a maternity cover, to support and optimize our digital marketing initiatives and overall content performance.
This role works cross‑functionally with CRM, PAID, PAN EU, Social Media, Content & Merchandise Management, as well as ECCO Group stakeholders.
The specialist will plan, map and oversee content across digital channels, with a strong focus on brand and commercial newsletter campaigns. Key responsibilities include coordinating content creation with the CRM team, aligning content with consumer journeys, supporting markets in content activation, tracking project progress and reporting on newsletter performance.
We seek a creative, detail-oriented and proactive individual who can identify content opportunities, enhance our digital communication, strengthen brand presence and drive business growth through effective campaigns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Content Integration Manager, as well as other teams in Digital to align creation, planning, execution and analytics for content development in all digital channels.
- Design newsletters for various content activations.
- Adjust and update newsletters delivered by the global team.
- Regularly track the status of deliverables, raising red flags for any issues or delays and acting quickly and decisively to resolve them.
- Work closely with stakeholders and global teams.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of digital channels, with proven experience in designing emails, as a part of 360˚ digital marketing communication.
- Understanding of digital communications based on customer journey and data driven approach.
- Understanding of email marketing KPIs (CTR, OR, CTOR, AOV, Conversions).
- Fluent in spoken and written English (B2 or more advanced – English is the first language on a daily basis).
- Knowledge of Figma tool or similar designing platforms.
- Copywriting and copy-editing skills.
- Highly organized.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Creative mind and ability to present their own ideas and solutions.
- Good time-management skills.
- Experience in Bloomreach platform will be beneficial.
