Role Purpose
As an Application Supporter in Global IT – and in this role specifically, we expect that you are first and foremost a SAP generalist with knowledge covering SAP standard related functions and modules, mainly focused on SAP MM and SAP SD, but not limited to these areas. You will support SAP together with colleagues around the globe.

Responsibilities
- Secure quality support and assistance in request and incident management in the area of Retail, SAP MM and SAP SD
- SAP general support
- Take active part in evaluating internal customers’ requirements and translate them to functional specification
- Perform configuration analysis across Retail processes, SAP Material Management and SAP Sales and Distribution modules and associated integration points
- Prepare system documentations and manuals
- Training users and other Supporters in your area of expertise
- Support project team in unit and user acceptance testing
- Capable of estimating and planning own tasks incl. follow up & acting proactively
- Are quality conscious with focus on the business needs
- Able to systematically perform a variety of tasks according to procedures and instructions
- Capable to investigate and collect relevant information, also understanding business process within its competence area is necessary
- Able to translate business process flow into implementation of SAP Global Solution which are provided by ECCO Consultant
Requirements
It is crucial that you possess good customer service skills. You also need to know how you communicate at any level of our organization, making yourself understood by both technicians and non-technicians. In addition, you work independently, you are structured, you ensure follow-up and prioritize your work. Also you are a strong team player and can work across cultures, where you’re not afraid to share your opinions or knowledge with your colleagues.
Additionally, we see that you possess:
- Min 2 years of experience as SAP MM and/or SAP SD Super User/ Supporter/ Consultant
- Experience with Retail processes is an advantage
- Experience with D365 is an advantage
- Experience with S/4 HANA is an advantage
- Ability to read, write and speak English at a proficient level
