The European Business Centre is based in Warsaw and Amsterdam where experienced accountants provide bookkeeping and accounting services for more than 30 European ECCO companies.

Role purpose:

We are looking for Accounting Trainee. This role provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in a professional environment. If you are a proactive and ambitious student seeking experience in finance and accounting, we invite you to join our PtP team

Responsibilities

• Sorting and indexing documents and invoices in SAP
• Preparing vendors reports and checking master data compliance,
• Making simple entries into accounting system in accordance with accounting and tax regulations,
• Working in compliance with all company procedures and related standards of work,
• Any other tasks assigned by the accountant/ team leader.

Requirements:

• No previous experience required
• In the course of studies, preferably in finance and accounting, economics or related field
• Open for trainings, new activities, and challenges
• Student status with availability of minimum 25h per week or more is a must 
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
• English at minimum level of B1
• Quality and deadline oriented
