Do you want to play a key role in developing digital processes and systems that enhance the global customer experience – from the first click to the final purchase? And are you ready to implement and optimise PIM and DAM solutions that bring business and technology even closer together?
At ECCO, you’ll join a global company where responsibility, innovation and quality are more than just buzzwords – they’re values we live by. And where you’ll have the opportunity to create solutions that truly make a difference.
Optimise product data – and enable global scale
From our office in Carlsberg City District, you’ll become part of a small, dedicated team of four permanent colleagues – based in both Denmark and Indonesia – who ensure our PIM and DAM solutions are robust, well-integrated and tailored to the needs of the business. In doing so, we make sure that product data and digital assets consistently support the customer experience.
We work in a hybrid and asynchronous setup, with a strong written culture and scheduled online meetings that prioritise clear communication and well-documented decisions.
As our new PIM & DAM Consultant, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that ECCO’s product data and digital assets are consistent, accessible and usable across channels and markets. You’ll work closely with both IT and eCommerce and become a specialist in aligning business needs with technical solutions.
In your day-to-day work, you will:
- Maintain and improve the structure and functionality of our PIM and DAM systems.
- Migrate, enrich and ensure the quality of product data.
- Participate in projects with responsibility for planning and implementation.
- Support colleagues and stakeholders through training and guidance.
- Identify system improvements – and implement them.
You thrive at the intersection of data and business
We imagine that you’ve worked with PIM or DAM systems and understand how structured, accessible product data can make a real difference to both customer experience and commercial outcomes. You have a technical foundation, but you’re equally confident engaging with business needs and translating them into practical, scalable system solutions.
You navigate complex system landscapes with ease, and you enjoy collaborating across disciplines, locations and time zones. You probably have a background in information systems, business or a similar field, and solid experience working with data and systems in an eCommerce or product-driven environment.
We believe you’re the right fit if you:
- Have 3–5 years of experience working with PIM and/or DAM systems such as Inriver, Bynder, Aprimo or Informatica.
- Possess technical understanding of data modelling, taxonomies and data governance.
- Have experience with system integrations – ideally via API, ETL or EDI.
- Are analytically strong and able to see both detail and the bigger picture in data and processes.
- Communicate clearly and collaborate well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms, ERP systems or digital marketing is an advantage – but not essential.
Make your mark on the digital landscape
Alongside responsibility, great colleagues and a unique specialist role, you’ll take on a central position in a growth phase where ECCO is investing strategically in eCommerce and digitalisation. You’ll join us early in the journey – with the opportunity to shape the system landscape and build solutions that can scale across the globe.
