Are you ready to advise global leaders and help implement initiatives that make a tangible difference for the working lives of colleagues all over the world? All while handling the day-to-day tasks at the very core of our HR efforts?
Then join us and seize the opportunity to develop your HR expertise in an international environment. And once you are ready to take on more responsibility and step into even bigger shoes, we are more than ready to accommodate your wishes.
You support professional well-being, performance and development
You will join a small, collaborative People & Culture team at HQ in Bredebro. Though diverse in background, the team is united in its mission to create real impact through people – always close to the business and close to each other.
Here you will support ECCO’s global Group functions with hands-on HR tasks and people development initiatives. For example, you will:
- Support recruitment processes in collaboration with P&C colleagues
- Advise on onboarding, performance and employee well-being
- Facilitate annual HR processes (performance reviews, development planning, salary review).
- Help and support organizational design, workforce planning and succession planning
- Assist in learning, development and upskilling initiatives together with COEs (Centers of Excellence)
Experienced HR professional who is still eager to learn
You enjoy supporting leaders and creating the best possible conditions for your colleagues to thrive and grow. And you are ready to expand your own toolbox by learning more about change and organizational development along the way.
Furthermore, we imagine you:
- Have some years of experience in a P&C/HR generalist or business partner role
- Hold a relevant degree in HR, Business Admin or similar
- Are familiar with recruitment, onboarding and people processes
- Are able to build trust across teams and cultures through clear communication
Help us maintain our supportive culture - and enjoy it yourself
At ECCO, you will be part of a close-knit team at our HQ, where people decisions are made and real impact happens. You will work globally, grow your HR expertise, and help shape a meaningful workplace — all in a culture where people care, and craftsmanship matters.
Are you ready for your next challenge?
We will invite candidates for interviews on an ongoing basis, so do not hesitate to apply.
