Order Fulfilment Team Lead

As part of the Global ECCO Shoes Production & Sourcing Headquarter in Singapore, the Global Supply Planning team is the interface between ECCO Shoes production units and ECCO Sales Regions, balancing worldwide markets demands and production capacities. As a Key coordination function in Global Supply Planning, the planner is responsible for managing the upper delivery confirmation in all upper production units in line with the agreed targets and all source allocation in system is being maintained correctly and  timely. This role is also ensuring that recovery plan is in placed whenever there is delay in upper delivery. Furthermore, this role will also need to follow up execution plan of component planning

The general responsibilities of the position include but not limited to the followings:

  • Monitoring and tracking Weekly Performance of Stitching units production ( compare capacities and actual outputs at uppers suppliers in line with the validated production Agreed capacity and footprint )
  • Follow up with upper supplier on recovery plan if there is any backlog
  • Submit Monthly report on KPI Upper ( PAIRS )

  • Updating shoe and upper source allocation in system on time and accurate
  • Create monthly analysis and outlook for Early Upper requirement and analyse the risk level
  • Ensure continuous improvement and enhancement of the process in collaboration with SC Process Improvement Team working on current and new systems (SAP, SNP, Anaplan)
  • Analyse on supply plan changes monthly and share with external upper units
  • Capacity sharing with external upper units monthly
  • Ensure smooth execution of component planning to follow up after allocation being distributed

  • Follow Up weekly component production plan and take necessary actions on the discrepancy which has impact to allocation
  • Ad hoc jobs of different kinds to be expected


  • Candidate should possess at least a Diploma preferably in Supply chain or logistics related education

  • At least 1-2 years in Supply/Demand planning or Inventory Control preferably in MNC manufacturing

  • Knowing shoe manufacturing Industry seen as a +

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Ms Office application, skills in Excel (ie Macros)

  • Knowledge in SAP, or strong experience in another ERP

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Full-Time position(s) available.

  • Able to multi-task and work independently

  • Fluent written and spoken English
