To enlarge our one of a Atelier team of our ECCO Leather Goods Unit, based in Dongen/The Netherlands, we are looking for an Junior Leather Goods maker. Our unique atelier is responsible for the creation of new products and product developments. ECCO Leather goods Unit (ELU) designs, creates and sells leather goods, such as bags, wallets, belts, RTW and objects.

Position description
In the position as a Leather Goods maker you will physically create prototypes and sales samples (bags), in compliance with the development plan, procedures and quality standards.

Your main tasks to be in this position are:

• Cutting leather and supporting your team members in this;
• Preparation of the leather components;
• Assisting the assembly of the leather products;
• Learn to set up and use all leather goods machines;
• Communicate and solve issues with the stakeholders;
• Share and collect information from Atelier team;

Requirements
To be successful in your position, you need to be a creative mind who can work under pressure. You are also:

• Accurate;
• A true team player;
• Eager to learn;
• Results-oriented and able to work with deadlines;
• Flexible;
• Ambitious and eager to develop yourself;
• Great in communication (English is a must);
• In possession of a Leather Goods making diploma/ certificate.
