Are you ready to take on a role that challenges and rewards in equal measure? ECCO is on the lookout for a dedicated ESG Controller to lead our journey towards sustainable excellence. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving change, this is your chance to make a real impact.

About the Role: In this critical position, you will be the guardian of our ESG reporting integrity. Your mission will be to ensure that our ESG disclosures reflect our unwavering commitment to environmental, social, and governance excellence. With your expertise, we will set new standards for transparency and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
Craft and maintain an internal control framework for ESG data collection, reporting, and verification, ensuring our data's accuracy and reliability. 
Develop data quality management procedures to uphold the highest standards of data integrity, ready to pass the scrutiny of internal and external audits. 
Provide insightful guidance on regulatory compliance, keeping us ahead of the curve in ESG reporting requirements.
ESG Disclosure Review and Approval: Conduct a final review and approve all ESG disclosures before they are submitted to stakeholders or regulatory bodies.
Develop and implement internal audit procedures for ESG data and reporting processes.

What We're Looking For:
A strategic thinker with a Master's degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in ESG reporting or related areas.
A data aficionado proficient in analysis tools and familiar with ESG reporting frameworks.
An articulate communicator who can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Position required occasional travel up to 10%.
