Marketing Executive

The Marketing Executive is responsible for developing marketing strategies and executing all promotional and communication campaigns and activities

Key duties

  • Develop and execute marketing plan for each seasonal collection

  • Develop and activate promotional campaigns to boost sales and engage customers

  • Lead media / advertising agencies in developing advertising campaign and plan

  • Coordinate with PR agency to deliver press release and PR news for marketing campaigns and events

  • Manage social media content and optimize social media advertising campaigns

  • Work with organizer in organizing consumer / media events and trade shows

  • Monitor marketing campaign performance and provide report update

  • Launch marketing initiatives at store level, follow up on related activities and report results.

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3-4 years in Marketing and Communications

  • Fluent in Thai and good command in English. Be able to write and speak English for email correspondence; coordinate marketing initiatives with HQ and represent Thailand market in international platform/corporate events.

Skill requirements:

  • Tactical Marketing (marketing execution): Able to deploy integrated marketing strategies and communications to build brand loyalty and generate revenue. Effectively execute marketing plans locally. Weave product information into stories and connect with consumers. Conduct targeted marketing to various consumer segments
  • Creativity: Think imaginatively, conceptually, systematically, and opportunistically with regards to marketing in order to capture sales opportunities and customer members
  • Decision making: Gather data and others’ input when making decisions
  • Communication: Have excellent interpersonal communication and connect with people at all levels (from store staff to executive / leadership level)
