You’ll join ECCO’s Global Digital Commerce Team working closely with colleagues across HQ and regional teams. What you’ll do

In this role, you will lead the commercial direction of ECCO’s Web Digital Showroom (WebDS) and support marketplace growth initiatives worldwide. You’ll act as the connector between markets, IT, Experience Design and HQ, ensuring smooth seasonal order intakes and driving improvements that make life easier for our wholesale partners.

Your responsibilities include:

• Overseeing WebDS development needs and aligning with global stakeholders.
• Defining long-term commercial opportunities and platform scope in partnership with IT and design teams.
• Supporting markets by resolving wholesale pain points and coordinating operational issues.
• Facilitating feedback collection and creating visibility around blockers for WebDS.
• In collaboration with markets, identify and priorities marketplace expansion opportunities, building business cases and ensuring alignment with ECCO’s brand and strategy.

What you bring

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Proven success in building out third-party marketplaces at a global level.
• Experience as a commercial systems product owner.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to simplify complexity and translate customer needs into systemic updates.
• Fluency in English.
