Loyalty Program Manager

Are you passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences? We are looking for a dynamic Loyalty Program Manager to develop, execute, and optimize our global and local loyalty programs. This role is pivotal in launching ECCO’s first global loyalty program and supporting local market initiatives. You will drive loyalty mechanics across web, app, and stores, ensuring seamless integration and impactful results.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

  • Loyalty Program Leadership: Lead the setup and rollout of ECCO’s global loyalty program (ECCO CLUB) and support local market programs. Oversee platform setup (Microsoft D365, Ometria CRM, Mobile App) and develop loyalty mechanics and rewards strategies.
  • Strategic Development: Define business and technical requirements with the Loyalty Product Owner for program development and integration. Develop channel strategies for launching and operating loyalty programs across app, mobile, web, and offline platforms.
  • Content and Campaign Strategy: Partner with Global Marketing to create and manage loyalty-specific content and campaign strategies. Integrate loyalty campaigns into the global marketing calendar to drive member acquisition and retention.
  • Consumer Recruitment and Engagement: Identify optimal strategies for recruiting and engaging loyalty members throughout their lifecycle. Optimize loyalty mechanics and rewards using platform tools and collaborate with finance on financial provisions. 
  • Event and Partnership Strategy: Develop event strategies to enhance consumer engagement and brand perception. Design strategies for internal and external partnerships to integrate into the loyalty platform. 
  • Data and Personalization: Acquire and utilize consumer segmentation data to personalize content and rewards. Set strategies to foster positive emotional connections and strong NPS with key consumer segments.

Qualifications
BA or BSc degree required; MBA or relevant industry certification preferred (e.g., Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional).

Skills

  • Strong strategic and conceptual thinking with a consumer-centric approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in loyalty mechanics, branding, and commerce with a mobile-first mindset.
  • Up-to-date with software applications, loyalty mechanics, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Confluence, Miro).
  • Ability to drive brand love and engagement, linking loyalty to business goals.

Experience

  • 3-5 years in consumer marketing, loyalty management, or branding, preferably in premium retail.
  • Proven success in global multi-channel retail environments.
  • Experience with data-driven loyalty mechanics and consumer engagement strategies.
  • Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration and external agency management.
  • Proficient in using data to drive segmentation and personalization.
