ECCO is looking for an experienced and dedicated logistics professional to drive the development of a new strategic logistics set-up.
At ECCO, we are transforming our warehousing operations to becoming a strategic capability. This role plays a key part in that transformation, contributing directly to the development of our global distribution network.
Build a smarter set up aligned with strategic logistics focus
ECCO operates around 35 mostly outsourced warehouses. In our new Global Distribution Network department consisting of four, you’ll help shape a holistic view of our warehousing setup including its cost structures, operational efficiencies, and performance metrics.
As our new Logistics Performance Manager you will be working closely with colleagues across logistics, finance, and operations, setting the new structure for the future. Your focus will be on creating and maintaining reporting structures, driving monthly and quarterly performance reviews, and supporting strategic projects with financial insights and KPI analysis. Your role contains indirect leadership, process and project management, getting professionals involved and engaged.
Furthermore, you’ll:
- Contribute to strategic projects by providing financial and performance insights.
- Create and maintain the structure and process for performance reviews.
- Develop and manage reporting tools and dashboards.
- Drive and facilitate review sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Review annual warehouse budgets, including service levels and KPIs.
Within your first 12 months, success will look like this:
- Established reporting structures for cost and performance reviews.
- Implement monthly/quarterly reviews across all tier 1 warehouses.
- Create Roadmap for tier 2 and potentially tier 3 warehouses.
- Build deep understanding of budgets and cost drivers for tier 1 warehouses.
- Establish and define overview of KPIs and the factors influencing performance.
Expect a role that blends structure with creativity, and analysis with collaboration. You’ll be part of a global organisation that values curiosity, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.
We know that work-life balance matters. While this role is based in our HQ in Bredebro, some flexibility can be agreed, and you should expect up to 4 weeks of travel annually.
You are a strategic thinker with a logistics mindset
To succeed in this role, you likely have a background in logistics or supply chain, combined with strong analytical capabilities and a structured mindset.
We imagine you bring:
- At least 5 years of experience within logistics or supply chain; a financial role is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- A relevant education in supply chain, logistics or economics.
- Solid skills in budgeting, forecasting, cost controlling and variance analysis.
- Strong analytical thinking and a curious approach to problem-solving.
- Proven advanced Excell skills relevant, while experience with BI tools and SAP is a plus.
You turn data into insights, thrive in project-based environments, and navigate confidently across all organisational levels. Fluency in English at a professional working level is required, and international experience is a plus.
We know that not every candidate will tick every box, and that’s okay. If you’re excited about the role and believe you can contribute, we encourage you to apply.

Deadline is Monday 5 Jan 2026, where we’ll review applications.
