IT Project Manager

 

We are looking for an IT Project Manager with experience in Agile Project lead. You have basic knowledge of project management skills and the ability to apply the principles, tools and techniques to plan, manage and execute projects to ensure successful completion. Implement agile approach as mentor and share the experience with project teams.

Key duties:

Responsible for maintaining a proper power of balance between the project business owner, project teams, and management. You will support and motivate the team’s adoption of agile culture that embraces values. Leading and improving agile concepts (Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Retrospective). Supporting Product Owners, especially with respect to refining and maintaining the product backlogs. Planning, facilitating and executing sprints -you will work closely with various business teams as well as stakeholders to successfully ensure delivery of our solutions according to business needs and objectives. You will have the responsibility of ensuring that requirements are defined and provided to Product Owners through workshops.

Key requirements:

•Minimum 3 years experience in IT Project Management and/or agile management principles and practices

•Experience in monitor and control project progress, risks and quality

•Knowledge of general project management planning from startup to final delivery

•Experience in handling tasks like backlog tracking, sprint burndown metrics and velocity

•Practical experience with facilitating and driving workshops

•Focused on details, open-minded, customer and quality oriented

•Effective team player with ability to work independently

•Experience with Retail business and/or Omni Channel solutions is an advantage

•Scrum Master certification is an advantage

•Experience working in an international and multi-culture environment is an advantage

•Experience with Microsoft Project, JIRA and Confluence is an advantage

•Excellent written & verbal skills in English
