As IT License & Contract Manager, you will play a central role in strengthening ECCO’s Software Asset Management capabilities and managing a portfolio of business-critical IT contracts. From enterprise software agreements to strategic supplier partnerships, you will work at the intersection of technology, commercial negotiations and governance, helping ensure that ECCO’s digital investments deliver maximum value.
You will join the Digital Strategy & Simplification department within Digital & IT and work closely with colleagues across IT Procurement, IT, Finance, Legal, ECCO's business areas and external vendors. The team is characterised by a collaborative, supportive atmosphere where knowledge sharing and cross-functional partnerships are a natural part of everyday work.
Drive ECCO's software asset and contract management agenda
In this role, you will combine strategic thinking with operational execution. You will oversee the lifecycle of software licences and IT contracts, ensuring compliance, cost optimisation and strong commercial outcomes, while supporting ECCO’s broader technology strategy.
More specifically, you will:
- Lead Software Asset Management activities, ensuring accurate software inventory, usage tracking, and compliance.
- Manage the lifecycle of software licenses and IT contracts, including renewals, extensions and retirements.
- Negotiate commercial agreements with software vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Partner with stakeholders across IT, Finance, business areas and Legal to manage risks, requirements and business needs.
- Identify opportunities to optimize software investments, reduce costs and strengthen governance practices.
Use your commercial and licensing expertise to create value
You are comfortable navigating complex software licensing environments and building strong relationships across a global organisation. You combine commercial acumen with analytical thinking and enjoy translating technical and contractual details into business value.
We imagine that you bring:
- Vast experience with software license management, IT contract management and Software Asset Management.
- A strong understanding of software licensing models and enterprise software agreements.
- Great negotiation skills and concrete experience where your effort did the difference to succeed.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across functions and cultures.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
