Head of Programme Management

Ready to lead where structure meets sustainability goals?

At ECCO, you’ll play a central role in advancing our global ESG ambitions – from data and reporting to tangible impact on people and the planet. You’ll help translate strategic goals into coordinated, measurable initiatives across the organisation.

Bring clarity and coordination to ECCO’s ESG efforts
Based at our HQ in Tønder, you’ll join a dedicated management team of four working across ESG reporting, responsible supply chains, compliance, and climate. We operate globally – proudly combining subject matter expertise with a touch of sustainability nerdiness.

You’ll ensure that our sustainability efforts move from ambition to action. You connect the dots across stakeholders, plans and processes – and ensure that everyone is aligned, focused and moving in the same direction. With a seat in the management team, you’ll be the one who drives clarity, follow-up and momentum across key areas of ECCO’s global responsibility agenda.

You get a broad and impactful role, where you:

  • Develop and improve strategies, processes and plans – and translate them into structured programmes and practical steps
  • Use data and insights to support decision-making and track progress towards ESG targets
  • Coordinate reporting to ECCO’s ESG Board and prepare leadership presentations
  • Promote and deploy tools for strategy execution across the organisation
  • Facilitate alignment, support efficient meetings and ensure timely follow-up on actions

You bring structure and have a collaborative mindset
You’ve played a key role in delivering change – and you know how to create alignment and structure across people, plans and priorities in a complex organisation.

We also imagine that you bring:

  • A master’s degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of professional experience, including minimum 3 years within project or programme management
  • Experience from e.g. management consulting or a comparable, cross-functional environment
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills and strong analytical capabilities
  • Global experience – ideally from a matrix organization

Experience with compliance and/or sustainability is a plus, but not a requirement.

Are you ready for your next challenge?
We will invite candidates for interviews on an ongoing basis, so do not hesitate to apply.

For additional information, you can reach out to Pia Yasuko Rask, VP, Group Responsibility & Sustainability, at +45 2381 6811.
