Head of Program Management & Implementation

Head of Programme Management – work with strategy and transformation

Do you want to help us drive strategy execution and lead transformation by shaping our work processes?

Join us on a journey to improve and strengthen ECCO's dedication to environmental, social, and governance principles, making a significant and positive impact by leading and advancing the development and implementation of strategic deployment plans.

The key to turning our ideas and plans into reality is the bridge from vision and design to delivery. This role is central to ‘making things happen’ - bringing a strategic mindset to our team, and driving us to set clear goals, monitor and share progress,” says VP Pia Yasuko Rask.

Translate strategies into actionable plans

You will be part of a dynamic and passionate management team of four colleagues at our main office in Tønder, with two located in the Netherlands and two in Denmark. Together, we cover areas from compliance to sustainable innovation, with a focus on the 'perform, inform, and transform' agendas to set and reach ECCO’s sustainability goals.

This role is essentially to continuously focus on the main goals, maintain a common framework, support the implementation of actions, whilst setting clear targets and tracking progress.

More specifically, you will:

  • Help the management team create and improve plans and strategies, analyze data and give advice and operational support
  • Use and promote strategy tools and templates in the team, especially OKR (Objectives and Key Results)
  • Coordinate regular progress reporting within the department for ECCO Boards and Chairmanship
  • Support meeting quality and decision-making in sustainability and management team meetings

Skilled change manager

Previously, you have played a key role in change processes where you have utilised your strong project and programme management skills. Also, you have the personal and professional stamina to create and influence structure and processes across functions.

In addition, we expect that you have:

  • Experience from e.g. management consulting
  • A master's degree
  • Solid experience, with at least 3 years working with strategy deployment tools
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experience from a global organisation

Are you ready for your next challenge?

We will invite candidates for interviews on an ongoing basis, so do not hesitate to apply.
For additional information, you can reach out to Pia Yasuko Rask, VP, Gr.Corp. Responsibility on +45 23 81 68 11.
