Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven marketing? We are seeking an experienced marketing leader to manage and scale high-performing acquisition campaigns across multiple digital channels. This role involves close collaboration with global and local agencies, as well as HQ and regional functions, to deliver revenue and brand value through performance-focused marketing programs.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Integrated Performance Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives across all ECCO regions, and build comprehensive plans with clear KPIs for acquiring new customers using data analytics and market research insights.
- Test-and-Learn Growth Innovation: Establish a test-and-learn framework for identifying and scaling new acquisition channels and tactics.
- Media Planning and Buying: Map growth targets to optimal media placements across digital channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, programmatic, native ads). Negotiate and manage advertising space purchases for cost-effectiveness and relevance to target audiences.
- Cross-Channel Optimization: Use data and analytics to continuously optimize the media mix, ensuring synergy between channels and maximizing ROI.
- Multi-Channel Campaign Execution: Oversee implementation of consistent campaign strategies across platforms, including paid media, email, web, events, and mobile apps. Ensure a unified and high-impact consumer experience regardless of touchpoint.
- Performance Content Management: Project manage the creation, testing, and scaling of performance-driven content across all key marketing channels. Align creative and messaging strategies with campaign objectives to maximize effectiveness.
- SEO & Search Marketing Strategy: Lead continuous improvements in organic and paid search strategies to increase discoverability and conversion. Integrate SEO efforts into overall acquisition campaigns for a holistic marketing approach.
- New Channel Exploration: Identify, test, and scale innovative marketing platforms that present new customer acquisition opportunities.
- Data, Analytics, and Attribution: Own the measurement framework across all performance marketing activities. Set up robust attribution models and reporting to support data-informed decision-making and campaign optimization.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and develop the team to deliver strong performance and innovation.
Skills & Experience
University degree or equivalent required. MBA or relevant marketing qualification preferred.
Skills
- Proven leadership in digital performance marketing with a strong ROI mindset.
- Deep understanding of Paid Media (Meta, Google, Programmatic, YouTube, etc.) and SEO.
- Advanced knowledge of media planning tools, marketing automation platforms, and attribution models.
- Experienced in project and team management, with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable with complexity and skilled at simplifying and prioritizing to drive outcomes.
- Data-savvy with strong analytical skills and an eye for growth opportunities.
Experience
- 8+ years in performance marketing roles, ideally within global multi-channel retailers or digital-first brands.
- Experience managing multi-million EUR performance budgets and scaling customer acquisition programs.
- Demonstrated success with data-driven campaign management and performance measurement.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing marketing teams in fast-paced environments.
- Expertise across Paid Media, SEO, Email Marketing, and performance creative development.
