Bring campaigns to life across ECCO’s global ecosystem
At ECCO, we don’t just launch products. We craft experiences rooted in quality, innovation, and purpose. As our new Global Go-To-Market Manager, you’ll be the strategic and operational link who ensures our brand and product initiatives are flawlessly executed across e-commerce, retail, wholesale, and digital marketing.
You’ll join a collaborative team of three, reporting to the Director of Marketing Planning & Operations. Together, you’ll drive campaign excellence and ensure every channel is primed for impact.
Within your first year, success means:
- Lead the development and rollout of a seasonal brand campaign, delivering high-quality toolkits and clear regional guidance.
- Build strong relationships with marketing teams to align on strategy and creative direction.
- Establish trust across key stakeholders, driving integrated planning and execution.
- Deliver brand recaps and performance insights that elevate storytelling and inform future campaigns.
While this position is full time in our office in Carlsbergbyen, Copenhagen, we are open to discussing flexibility arrangements.
From strategy to execution, you’ll own the journey
You’ll take charge of ECCO’s Go-To-Market calendar, weaving together timelines across product, merchandising, creative, and digital commerce. With a sharp eye for detail and timing, you’ll ensure campaign assets and product content, are briefed, developed and delivered seamlessly across all ECCO touchpoints.
Partnering with digital marketing and CRM teams, you’ll help activate campaigns with consistent, compelling messaging across email, paid media, and organic platforms. You’ll bring teams together through planning forums and milestone tracking, ensuring global and regional efforts move in sync.
After each launch, you’ll gather insights and feedback to refine future rollouts, always looking for ways to improve how we connects with our audience.
You’re a connector, a planner, and a storyteller
To thrive in this role, you likely bring:
- 5+ years of experience in fashion, retail, or FMCG, with a strong background in marketing planning and operations.
- Proven success in executing go-to-market strategies across multiple channels.
- Experience working across global and regional teams, aligning brand, creative, merchandising, and digital commerce.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.
Bonus points if you’re familiar with tools like CMS, DAM, CRM, and analytics platforms.
