Global Supply Chain Planner

Are you interested in end-to-end supply chain management? And would you like to secure supply requirements to our regions and markets around the world?

Grab this opportunity to join a collaborative team where you get to interact with people of various backgrounds and nationalities.

We are good at assisting each other within the team, and we make an effort to utilise our individual skill sets” explains Manager Jan Werling.

Connect supply with demand
At our office in Bredebro, you will be part of Global Supply Chain Operations - a team of five supply chain planners. Here, you will be collaborating closely with your colleagues, creating supply plans on behalf of our regions, and ensuring that those plans come to life, so our markets’ needs are met in the best way possible.

As such, you can look forward to getting a grasp of our supply chain in its entirety as you:

  • Generate balanced supply plans
  • Keep systems and reports updated to fuel transparency
  • Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining clear communication with, e.g. colleagues in Singapore, where we have our production, our regional partners across the globe and the Market Fulfilment team, sitting in the same office as us
  • Contribute to the continued development of Global Supply Chain Operations areas, e.g. optimising planning principles and tools
  • Provide global support in supply chain and S&OP related areas as well as covering ad hoc requests

A keen interest in supply chain management
You do not need to have experience from a similar role – though it is an advantage. The important thing is that you are curious about supply chain management and are interested in learning all there is to know about the role.

Some of your tasks will be repetitive in nature, and this should of course appeal to you, just as we hope you are looking to become a seasoned specialist and develop within the role. You need to be good at communicating your area of expertise to other functions.

Finally, we imagine that you:

  • Have experience working with ERP systems, perhaps SAP
  • Are well-versed in Microsoft Excel
  • Speak and write English effortlessly
  • Have knowledge of supply chain disciplines, either through work experience or education
  • Are willing to expand your area of knowledge within the supply chain area

If you have experience working with Anaplan, this is a plus.

You will never walk alone in your learning process
We welcome you to an environment where balancing tasks and priorities is key. The team is ready to teach you all there is to know about the tasks at hand and introduce you to the end-to-end role we have within the business.

Moreover, you will quickly find that you are not only joining the team. If you stumble along the way, you will find that you are part of a community that will be there to get you back on track. That is why we often celebrate 10, 20 and 30-year work anniversaries at ECCO.

Are you ready for your next challenge?
We will invite candidates for interviews on an ongoing basis, so do not hesitate to apply.
