As Global Digital Key Account Manager you will take full commercial responsibility for our partnership with Boozt and play a key role in driving profitable growth across European markets. You will work at the heart of our digital strategy, ensuring strong execution, brand protection and long-term development of this key digital account.
Shape the business with clear ownership and impact
Based in our digital hub in Carlsberg Byen, Copenhagen, you will lead the global development of the Boozt account. You will set the strategy, manage performance and work closely with colleagues across marketing, merchandising, supply chain, finance and our global digital functions. Your work will directly influence how we grow, innovate and strengthen ECCO’s digital presence.
You will:
- Lead full commercial ownership of the Boozt account, including net sales, margin and forecasting.
- Drive the global account strategy and Joint Business Plans, ensuring long-term growth.
- Manage trading activities such as campaigns, promotions, markdowns and visibility initiatives.
- Oversee seasonal sell-in, segmentation and assortment planning aligned with brand and marketplace strategy.
- Monitor performance, market dynamics and competitor activity, translating insights into clear actions.
Bring your experience and analytical mindset

You most likely bring:
- 4+ years’ experience in digital key account management, marketplaces or ecommerce.
- Background in managing strategic wholesale or marketplace partners.
- Strong commercial skills with the ability to balance growth, margin and brand equity.
- Experience working across multiple European markets.
- Analytical approach and confidence in working with forecasts and performance data.
