Global CRM Manager

Are you ready to make CRM a central pillar of our growth marketing strategy? ECCO is seeking a visionary Global CRM Manager to design and implement an end-to-end CRM strategy that integrates seamlessly into selected international markets.

Your mission: leverage consumer lifetime value (CLV) through direct communications (email, SMS, push notifications), boost online revenue from known consumers, and transform ECCO into a brand that people love to buy from. You'll focus on incremental improvements and innovative approaches to elevate lifecycle and campaign outcomes, ensuring continuous evolution and success of our CRM initiatives.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

  • Strategic CRM Framework: Develop a comprehensive CRM strategy integrated with journey-based marketing campaigns. Collaborate with marketing and product HQ teams to create engaging CRM communications that drive commercial results.
  • Market Assessment and Segmentation: Assess current CRM activities in various markets. Build segmentation strategies using our CRM tool (Ometria) to engage consumers for maximum commercial impact. 
  • Global and Regional Alignment: Align global CRM automation strategies with regional needs. Ensure CRM encompasses all touchpoints and channels, focusing on online and mobile, including app push notifications. 
  • Project Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-profile internal project team to prioritize CRM activities. Ensure robust measurement and reporting across all aspects of consumer experience, including attitudinal, behavioral, and transactional metrics. 
  • Platform Implementation and Technical Expertise: Provide expert input on platform implementation projects to meet CRM requirements. Develop a team of CRM technical specialists as needed for market-specific implementations. 
  • Budget Management: Set and manage budgets for CRM activities, including definition, allocation, optimization, attribution, and reporting. 
  • Consumer Innovation Champion: Promote innovation that drives consumer growth, positioning yourself as a consumer champion and motivator for global teams.

Qualifications
University degree or equivalent required; MBA or relevant industry qualification preferred.

Skills

  • Holistic thinker with a broad view of CRM, encompassing all consumer touchpoints and channels.
  • Experience with global retailers operating in diverse markets.
  • Proven expertise with CRM applications, preferably Ometria.
  • Strong partnership skills to lead strategic projects and prioritize based on business impact.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker, adept at evolving consumer journeys for CRM.
  • Excellent leadership, personal, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
  • Organized, deadline-oriented, and a passionate champion for consumer-driven innovation.
  • Strong English language skills; a second language is preferred.
  • Positive, can-do attitude.

Experience

  • Proven success in devising and implementing CRM strategies in multiple markets.
  • Experience leading multinational teams.
  • Senior roles in marketing, CRM, or e-commerce for global retail organizations.
  • Expertise with automated CRM platforms/software.
  • Demonstrable success in cross-functional team communication and collaboration with external agencies.
  • Proficient in using data intelligence for segmentation and personalization.
  • Ability to provide results-driven cases for CRM, including data insights, registration and growth, increased consumer preference, consumer experience design, and sales optimization.
