Job Summary:

To ensure the show board technician is responsible for preparing all show board in accordance with ECCO's Standard Requirements and in a production friendly manner and always functioning to increase efficiency in accordance with the objectives agreed upon for ECCO Thailand standard

The GDM Technician is also responsible to ensure availability of accurate show board, and for monitoring that the show board are correctly implemented followed at production floor.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Has to responsible for all development of working instruction with following fields of responsibility and assignment and to ensure Development of working instruction are carried out efficiency and they are finished before production start as plan assign.
2. Control and give advice to ensure that the development of working instruction meet the standard and it is practical and functional to quality issue.
3. To ensure that working instruction and information are always update and give to the right people on time.
4. Coordinate with work study people for correct layout when making working instruction change and make sure the sequence always function to development process and production.
5. Follow up and assist the production to make sure all working instruction they are follow the standard and solve the problem if they don't meet the standard.
6. Report all status of development working instruction to immediate superior every week for analysis and approval.
7. Take responsibility and take care the job that was assigned to achieve the target follow plan assignment.

Experiences & Requirements:

• Bachelor, Diploma or Similar
• 3-5 years of experience in the area of Shoe Manufacturing/footwear
• In-depth knowledge in shoemaking process and pattern making.
• Able to check on shoe patterns, spec sheet, BOM, etc,
• Good computer skill
