e-Commerce Fraud & Operations Specialist

We are looking for e-Commerce Fraud & Operations Specialist who will support the e-Commerce Operations, with a particular focus on actively monitoring and managing fraudulent activity across all markets and payment methods

What you will do?

  • Oversee the E-Commerce fraud platform, actively managing the order management rules, reviewing and investigating cases, and resolving issues.
  • Liaise with various payment methods to resolve issues and minimize claims and losses.
  • Ensure procedural compliance and fraud protection measures are audited.
  • Leverage reporting and dashboards to identify and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with the Consumer Customer Service team to identify any opportunities or issues with the customer journey. Troubleshoot and share feedback with relevant departments.
  • Support Omnichannel operations for customer order allocation, fulfillment and reporting.
  • Responsible for maintaining approved standard operating procedures, including keeping policies up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to include Customer Care, Marketing, IT, Finance, and E-Commerce to support technical enhancements to the system.
  • Coordination and approval of IT deployment with Test team, ensuring changes will perform as business intended.
  • Improve processes and procedures to minimize manual efforts.
  • Maintain industry knowledge to keep up to date on new system advancements and make recommendations as needed.

What we are looking for in you?

  • Advanced English
  • Fluency in MS Office (especially MS Excel)
  • Ideally, experience in fraud protection (in eCommerce)
  • Knowledge and understanding of eCommerce mechanisms will be an advantage
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Exceptional customer focus
  • Solution-oriented in delivering upon our commitments
  • Proactive approach and can-do attitude
