You create insights that move the business forward
As Finance Business Partner, you will collaborate with stakeholders across ECCO to provide financial analysis that supports strategic decisions. You will take ownership of selected business areas, acting as a sparring partner who challenges assumptions, identifies opportunities and brings clarity to performance trends. You will also support efficiency efforts across the business and help strengthen financial processes, tools and reporting where relevant. In this role, you will work closely with leaders to translate data into insights and guide both short-term performance and long-term strategic development across ECCO.
Your tasks include:
- Supporting business functions with financial analysis, performance insights and scenario modelling.
- Preparing monthly performance reviews and identifying risks, opportunities and commercial implications.
- Bridging finance and the business by translating data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Driving budgeting and forecasting processes for your assigned areas in collaboration with leaders and finance colleagues.
- Supporting business cases, investment evaluations and ad hoc strategic projects.
You bring a strong stakeholder management mindset and a desire to learn
We imagine you bring:
- A degree in finance, economics, business administration or accountancy.
- At least two to three years of experience within finance business partnering.
- Confidence in working across functions, cultures and organisational levels, supported by strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trustful relationships.
- A structured and analytical approach that enables you to turn data into insight with confidence.
- Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to nonfinance colleagues, supported by solid Excel experience and an interest in financial systems.
Furthermore, you approach your work with curiosity, openness and a desire to broaden your business understanding.

You will join ECCO’s Corporate FP&A Finance organisation, where collaboration, professional dedication and business understanding are central to how we work. Our finance function supports decisionmakers across ECCO with high-quality insights, constantly improving our tools, processes and analytical capabilities.
