You will help us improve ECCO's sustainability by bringing our goals and results to life through interactive training and other activities. You are in charge of creating and executing our engagement strategy, inspiring our colleagues to become sustainability champions.

Empower sales to leverage sustainability advantages
Joining Sustainability Communication, Data and Regulation at our HQ in Tønder, you become part of a new team that currently consists of 4 colleagues and 1 manager. Your joint mission will be to establish a reliable and forward-looking data basis for measuring progress, making decisions, and communicating clearly and convincingly about ECCO’s sustainability initiatives. 

As ESG sales engagement consultant, your main goal will be to help coworkers who interact with customers share the stories about our initiatives. You will engage and inform all levels of the ECCO organisation, emphasising that sustainability is a collective effort everyone is encouraged to participate in.

Your main tasks will be to:

• Create training for global coworkers who interact with customers to help them highlight the unique sustainability benefits of our products
• Lead the direct activation of sustainability content through engagement-based channels to increase sustainability knowledge and enthusiasm internally
• Build and lead cross-functional communities with the help of experts
• Keep abreast of current techniques and approaches to employee engagement

Inspire others to join us
You will need solid experience in creating cross-functional networks, training and awareness just as you will need a keen business sense and a genuine interest in sales and marketing.

We also imagine that you have:

• A bachelor's degree or higher in HR, training, education, communication, sales or related fields
• At least 3 years of experience in creating and managing training and/or employee engagement initiatives
• Experience with a customer-oriented company
• Strong project management skills
