You’ll become part of ECCO’s Tech Strategy Enablement team within Digital & IT, working closely with colleagues across the entire organization. What you’ll do

As Enterprise Architect, you will define and maintain ECCO’s enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment between business strategy, processes and technology. Acting as a trusted adviser, you’ll provide strategic guidance and architectural oversight to enable secure, efficient and scalable solutions across the enterprise.

Your responsibilities include:

• Drive collaboration with key business and technology stakeholders globally.
• Advise leadership on technology opportunities and act as a trusted advisor
• Developing and maintaining ECCO’s enterprise architecture roadmap.
• Creating and updating as-is and target system landscapes.
• Linking technology components with business capabilities to drive clarity.
• Establishing architecture principles, standards and guidelines for technology adoption.
• Assessing initiatives and projects from an EA perspective and providing recommendations.

Success means enabling ECCO to consolidate and simplify its IT environment, supporting innovation and growth across all markets.

What you bring

To thrive in this role, you’ll need a strong mix of professional and personal skills:

• 10+ years of experience in IT and digitalization, including 5+ years as an Enterprise Architect.

• Strong business mindset, mapping business strategy to the IT strategy and ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions.

• Proven track record in IT landscape transformation and simplification.
• Broad experience across business, technology and data architecture.

• Experience with cloud, hybrid architectures, APIs and integration patterns.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to translate complex topics for all levels.
• Proactive and highly execution-focused taking initiative, pushes decisions forward and delivers results.
• Fluency in English.
