Main Responsibilities:
JD stores related operation - 80%
He/She will manage the daily operation of JD stores and negotiate for good exposure resources to achieve the sales target. He/She will also manage TP to provide qualified services and ensure all outcome meet Brand’s standard. Meanwhile, he/she should carry out plans to drive online sales and improve consumer experience & brand awareness. And then he/she may work closely with EC team & TP to deliver good content and optimize conversion rate, SEO & SEM, with customer service team to improve both before and after-sales experience, making positive plans to reduce returns and increase good comments, with all corporate departments to provide a clear understanding of order, delivery, sales, financial and all other issue in JD stores.
He/She can monitor performance of monthly main articles and provide optimization plans, as well as make good use of CRM to increase members and enhance their contributions. At last, he/she should Responsible for data analysis (related weekly, monthly sales and promotion tracking reports), annual contract renewal and other related contracts,
the monthly service bill checking as well as the payment requests of the marketing budget in the system and complete the entire financial process.
Others – 20%
He/She must make sure proper reports are delivered in time, make research of competitor performance, and also support the E-commerce team in daily operation & tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in E-commerce/Marketing/Business or equivalent subject.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in E-commerce. Good skill on Ecommerce operation, experience in shoe/apparel category/JD.COM operation will be a plus.
- Positive work attitude, detail oriented, strong communication skills and be able to manage multiple tasks in a well-organized way, while maintaining high quality work.
- Logical thinking, a quick learner and a team worker. Have passion for Internet/Ecommerce/Digital.
- Good English and fluent Mandarin.
