Fill your career shoebox with knowledge of global value chain management in a vertically integrated company and gain hands-on experience throughout ECCO’s entire value chain.
This 2-year opportunity offers you an in-depth understanding of value chain management in a global business. You’ll develop a strong business foundation by exploring ECCO’s full value chain, from production and sales to supply chain and logistics planning, while working closely with our teams across sales regions, production units, and headquarters.
As an ECCO Graduate on the Value Chain Management career track, you’ll rotate through key functions such as Distribution Set-Up, Warehouse Operations, and Business Development, giving you the opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to real-world projects that optimize ECCO’s global operations.

What Are the Requirements?
- Education: You’re about to graduate or have graduated within the last two years with a degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Languages: Fluent English is required, and additional languages are an advantage
- Skills: Strong computer skills are essential, and knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP) is a plus.
- Experience: Prior exposure to production, shoemaking, or distribution centers is beneficial but not required.
