A creative home in our design studio in Tønder
You will join our Design Studio, becoming part of a passionate and friendly team rooted in craftsmanship, innovation, and continuous learning. You will work closely with the Design Director and a group of designers, trend researchers, technicians and 3D artists who value open collaboration and knowledge sharing. The atmosphere is supportive, international, and driven by curiosity. We take pride in our heritage while always looking ahead to explore new ideas, materials, and concepts.
Move ideas from early sketches to refined concepts
You will take creative responsibility for assigned footwear design projects across various collections. - Designing soles and upper concepts in collaboration with 3D engineers, technicians, and pattern makers.
- Tracking prototypes and coordinating developments with the technical department.
- Preparing visual layouts and presentation material for concept and design reviews.
- Supporting innovation initiatives and mentoring junior designers.
You are creative and eager to learn and explore
We imagine that you have a natural curiosity, a strong sense of aesthetics, and a structured workflow. You may not tick every box below, but we still encourage you to apply.
You have:
- A few years of experience working as a footwear designer in an international environment.
- Strong freehand drawing skills and proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Experience or interest in working with 3D tools such as Blender or Maya.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently within agreed areas.
